Our collection of wood curtain poles is available in a carefully selected range of hand-finished wood colours. As the makers and exclusive retailer of our own curtain poles, every design in this collection has been developed, finished and supported by our own team. Whether your home leans towards a clean Scandinavian style or a more traditional interior with rich fabrics and layered textures, our wooden curtain poles are designed to complement a wide variety of room schemes. Each design is available in both 40mm and 50mm pole diameters, allowing you to choose proportions that best suit your windows and the scale of your room. Both diameters are suitable for supporting heavy curtains, so your choice is more about achieving the right visual balance than strength alone.

Choosing a curtain pole is often about more than selecting a colour or design. The proportions of the room, the scale of the window and the visual presence of the curtain pole can all influence the best choice. Wood Samples

Choosing a wood finish from a screen can sometimes be difficult, so our Wood Sample Service allows you to see the colour and finish in your own home before placing an order. You can select up to three standard finishes, each cut to approximately 6cm from our 40mm curtain poles.

As wood is a natural material, every curtain pole is unique and the grain pattern, texture and shade of your finished pole may vary slightly from the sample. The cost of your samples is fully refundable when you place your curtain pole order.

Wood Specification

Our wood curtain poles and accessories are made from solid Canadian and North American white ash. We do not use wood fillers or finger-jointed timber, choosing instead to produce solid wood products designed to provide years of reliable service.

Complimentary Pole Cutting

Our curtain pole sets are supplied in a range of standard lengths, but if you are confident with your measurements, we are happy to cut your pole to your required length before despatch at no additional cost. If you would like to view our standard pole lengths, please see our Product Guide.

If you are planning to use our Radley Recess Brackets, we recommend measuring and cutting the pole after the brackets have been installed. As the pole fits between two fixed points, the finished pole length is much more critical.
